Yes, we accept purchase orders. Please provide us your purchase order number when placing your orders.

We always do our best to accommodate our customer’s needs for their convenience, so please feel free to give us a call to discuss any specific requirement.

Can I place my order after business hours on holidays?

Yes, you can place your order after business hours and on holidays by email, fax or online. For phone orders, leave a message with your name, company name and email address, and one of our customer service representatives will return your call the next business day.

Product Availability

Every attempt will be made to offer goods at the prices listed and maintain product availability.

Due to market and currency fluctuations, Avron reserves the right to change prices without notice.

Some products may not be exactly as shown.

Also, color availability may be subject to change without notice.

Avron is not responsible for any typographical errors.


Avron prides itself in shipping complete orders.

However, if product is not available at the time an order is placed, customers will be notified.

If items are not available or become discontinued by the manufacturer, we reserve the right to cancel any backorders.

Items not in stock at the time of processing your order will be shipped when available and invoiced separately*.

*Some restrictions apply.

Special Order Items

Customers must pay all special order products in full prior to shipping, with the exception of customers who are on payment terms. For customers on payment terms, a 50% deposit is required.

Special order products are subject to a restocking fee of 50% if cancelled after 24 hours upon confirming the order.

Products may require a 6-8 week or longer delivery time.

Why am I unable to log in to my account/access pricing?

Why can’t I see all pricing for all items on your website?

Accessing pricing can only be done by Avron customers. If you don’t have an account with us yet, it’s a quick phone call away.

I forgot my password. How can I get it back?

Avron does not keep passwords on file for security reasons. If you forgot your password, click the “forgotten password” link when on the log in screen.

How can I access my order history?

If you are a registered customer, make sure you sign into your Personal Shopping account when you submit your order and you can access your past order information online. To view your order history, click on ‘Past Orders’.


What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit Cards: Visa and Mastercard only


Interac (Debit*) is available for pick up orders only.

Certified Cheque or Money Orders

Payment Terms

*Debit cards are only accepted on-site. We also accept online banking payment methods.

Please note that all first orders must be prepaid in full by Visa, Mastercard or Certified Cheque.

Do you offer payment terms?

For established accounts, net 21-day terms, from date of invoice, may be available on approved credit (OAC). Some restrictions apply: credit is extended to approved accounts only.

Overdue accounts will be charged 2% per month on amounts past due.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to anywhere in Canada using either our own fleet or courier depending on the location.

Can I have an order delivered to my P.O. Box?

No, a valid street address is necessary for delivery. If a P.O. Box is entered instead of a shipping address when ordering on our website, an error message will appear when submitting the order.

Can I deliver my order to a different address?

Yes, Please indicate that at the time of placing your order by filling out the “Comments” screen, in addition to including the remaining information requested on the form.

What are the details regarding shipping and handling costs?

Having operated and expanded in the market throughout the past two decades, we have done the research and achieved the buying power that allow us to provide our partners with the most competitive shipping rates.

For deliveries using the Head Office fleet, a minimum shipping charge of $30.00 applies to all orders less than $200.00 (before taxes) within the GTA. A minimum shipping charge of $50.00 applies to all orders less than $300.00 (before taxes) outside the GTA but within the delivery service areas.

If your order is over $300 (before taxes), we do offer free shipping within our delivery service areas.

For customers outside of our fleet’s delivery service area, we obtain the top 3 most cost-effective quotes and present it to them for final approval.

All handling and fuel surcharges charges are the responsibilities of the customer and can either be added to their invoice or charged directly to the customer by the shipper carrier. All orders must be prepaid prior to shipping.

Can I return an item I ordered that I just don't want?

Absolutely! If you decide you do not want an item you purchased from us within 24 hours of receiving it,

please call 1-800-997-9752 to arrange for it to be picked up at your next delivery.

Kindly provide the invoice number when calling and all returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

All items must be returned in their original packaging.

What is your warranty policy?

For items that are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty (structural damage sustained under normal use), customers are required to provide proof of purchase (receipt), as well as photographs to support warranty claims. Carefully follow care and cleaning instructions of your product to ensure the manufacturer’s warranty is honoured. Some restrictions apply.

Do you price match?

Yes: Avron offers a Price Match Guarantee.

We’ll match any competitor’s regular or advertised price on an identical in-stock item (brand, size, model number). Show us confirmation of the lower price via flyer or online on the competitor’s website before you order and we’ll adjust the price. Some conditions apply.

Can I buy directly from your manufacturers?

No, Our manufacturers use a network of national dealers, such as Avron, and do not sell directly to the end user.


Does Avron offer any discounts?

We offer a 3% discount on all orders over $300.00, before taxes and shipping, to meet your budget needs. Some restrictions apply: does not apply to clearance and/or featured flyer prices that have already been discounted.

Do your prices include taxes?

Goods & Services Tax (GST) and Harmonized Taxes (HST) will be added to orders where applicable.

Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash and are not transferrable.

I won a gift card from Avron, does it expire?

Avron gift cards contain value which may only be used to purchase goods and services offered by Avron. For all gift card prizes, the gift card must be redeemed within 3 months of receiving it. Gift cards will not be replaced if they are lost or stolen.

How were winners chosen?

Winners were chosen through a randomized number generator.
