Avron Earniverse Rewards Program
Terms & Conditions

The Avron Earniverse Rewards Program is our way of saying thank you to the educators, operators, and teams who support children and communities every day.

Earniverse is free to join and rewards your annual spend with a $2,500 Avron reward credit when qualifying purchase thresholds are met.

How the Earniverse Rewards Work

• Place $25,000 or more in qualifying online orders at avron.ca between January 1 and December 31, 2026.
• Once the spend threshold is reached, you unlock a $2,500 Avron reward credit.
• There are no points to track — qualification is based purely on total qualifying spend.

Eligibility

• The Earniverse Rewards Program is open to all customers who sign up for Earniverse on avron.ca.
• Only qualifying online purchases made during the 2026 calendar year count toward Earniverse eligibility.

Qualifying spend excludes:

• Taxes
• Shipping or delivery fees
• Items marked as ineligible in the product description

Tracking Your Progress

• Customers can track their Earniverse spend progress at any time through their account dashboard on avron.ca.
• Progress updates reflect completed and fulfilled qualifying orders only.

Reward Credit Details

• The $2,500 Earniverse reward credit is unlocked once the $25,000 qualifying spend threshold is met.

Reward credits:

• Are issued once eligibility is confirmed within 5 business days from the end of December 2026.
• Can be redeemed on online orders only at avron.ca.

Redeeming Your Earniverse Reward Credit

• Credits are applied during checkout on eligible purchases.
• Redemption is available for online orders only.

Expiration of Reward Credit

• Earniverse reward credits must be used between January 1 and April 30, 2027.
• Any unused portion after April 30, 2027 will expire and be forfeited.

Order Adjustments & Returns

• Cancelled, returned, or refunded orders do not count toward Earniverse qualifying spend.
• If returns reduce a customer’s qualifying spend below the $25,000 threshold, eligibility for the reward credit may be adjusted or revoked.

General Conditions

Earniverse reward credits:

• Have no cash value
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• Avron reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Earniverse Rewards Program at any time, without prior notice.

Any suspected abuse, misuse, or fraudulent activity may result in:

• Account suspension or termination
• Forfeiture of Earniverse rewards

How to Place an Order

Online Orders

Visit www.avron.ca and follow the steps to place your order. For any assistance, please contact our Customer Service team.

Phone Orders

Contact your nearest branch:

• Ontario: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EDT)
• Quebec: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (EDT)
• British Columbia: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM (PST)

If you call after hours or on holidays, please leave your name and contact number. Our Customer Service Team will return your call on the next business day.

Email & Traditional Mail

Send an email or mail to your nearest branch using the appropriate contact information. Include your contact name, phone number, and account number (if available).

Making Things Easy — Your Payment Options

We aim to make the financial aspect of our partnership as seamless as possible.

First Order Payment

For your first order, you have two options:

• Prepayment: Prepay using any payment method listed below.
• Apply for Credit Terms: Email community@avron.ca with your business name (or operating name) and full address. We will perform a credit check and, upon approval, offer 21-day payment terms.

Payment Methods

• 21-Day Credit Terms: Once approved, payment is due within 21 days of the invoice date.
• EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer): Direct Deposit for a secure, efficient process.
• PAD (Pre-Authorized Debit): A convenient way to ensure timely payments.
• Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, and debit cards accepted.
• PayPal
• Online Banking:
  • Interac e-Transfers: send to ar@avron.ca
  • Bill Payment: add “Avron” as a payee and enter your customer number as the account number
• Cheque: payable to Avron Foods Limited

Home Delivery Orders

For special, non-business home delivery orders, we accept Visa or Mastercard.

Payment for Large Orders

For customers with credit terms, on orders exceeding $15,000, we require a 50% payment at the time of placing the order. The remaining balance must be paid before the order is shipped.

What You Need to Know About Taxes

For Canadian Customers

GST, HST, and/or PST/QST will be added where applicable depending on the delivery province. Tax-exempt customers must provide valid tax exemption numbers or cards.

Special Order Items

We offer a select range of items available on special order. As these items are ordered on demand, the following terms apply:

Returns

Special order items are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 24 hours after order confirmation will incur a 50% restocking fee.

Delivery Timelines

• Standard special order items: estimated 6–8 weeks
• Intricate sensory products: estimated 10–12 weeks

Unbeatable Price Guarantee. When it comes to furniture, we won’t be outdone!

If you find a better price on the same furniture item from a Canadian childcare distribution site, let us know when placing your order — and we’ll beat that price by 20% of the difference.

• Excludes discounted orders, clearance items, liquidation sales, typographical errors, and shipping costs

Returns Policy

Please inspect your delivery upon receipt. If anything is missing, incorrect, or damaged, contact Customer Service within 24 hours so we can make it right.

• Items must be returned unopened and in the same condition as received
• A restocking fee may apply to returned or cancelled items

Delivery Costs for Returns

Customers outside of the GTA who are not serviced by Avron’s delivery fleet may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

To facilitate the return process, obtain an RMA form from Customer Service. Returns without an RMA may not be processed correctly.

Order Accuracy

Please double-check your order before placing it. If an incorrect item is ordered, you may be responsible for shipping charges to return it. Please reach out to your local branch to begin the returns process.

Additional information: We may request photos to better understand issues with returns or damaged items.

Back Orders

If we’re unable to fulfill an item in your order, we’ll notify you by email or phone as soon as possible. Temporarily out-of-stock items will ship once available (often with separate invoicing for clarity).

Certain restrictions may apply, but we’ll always do our best to keep things smooth and transparent.

Warranties

If an item encounters an issue covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, we’re here to help. Please retain your invoice as proof of purchase.

• Photos may be required to assess the issue
• Follow care and cleaning guidelines to avoid voiding warranty coverage

Pricing

Avron reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The most up-to-date pricing is always available at avron.ca.

• Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude taxes and shipping unless otherwise specified
• Availability may vary; out-of-stock items may be cancelled or backordered
• Promotions are subject to their own terms and may be modified or discontinued

Pricing Errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical errors or incorrect supplier pricing, Avron reserves the right to refuse or cancel affected orders (even if confirmed). If payment has been taken, a refund/credit will be issued for the incorrect amount.

Limitation on Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avron will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use (or inability to use) products or services purchased through this site. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.
