How do I place an order?

We're thrilled to welcome you to our community. For your very first order, we kindly ask that you prepay the total amount. You have a world of choices on how to do that—whether it's by phone, fax, email, or online.

Phone Orders

Feel free to ring up your closest branch, either local or toll-free, Monday to Friday between 8am and 5:30pm in Ontario and 9am to 5pm in QC and BC. If you happen to call after hours or on holidays, no worries! Leave us your name and a number to reach you at, and our friendly Customer Service Associates will get back to you the very next business day.

Sending a Fax

You can fax your nearest branch at any time, day or night. To make sure everything goes smoothly, please include your name, the name of your company, your phone number (area code and all), any special shipping instructions, and, of course, the product codes and quantities you're interested in.

Email & Traditional Mail

Simply shoot an email or drop a mail to your closest branch using the appropriate contact information and include your contact name and phone number as well as account number if you have one.

Can I place my order after business hours on holidays?

Yes, you can place your order after business hours and on holidays by email, fax or online. For phone orders, leave a message with your name, company name and email address, and one of our customer service representatives will return your call the next business day.

Product Availability and Fair Pricing

We do our best to make sure you get the products you love at the prices you see on our website. We understand that the items we offer are important to you and the children you care for. But you know how life is—sometimes things change! Prices can shift due to market conditions or changes in currency, and availability can vary. We'll always aim to keep you in the loop if changes happen.

Also, while we try to show our products as accurately as possible, there might be tiny differences in color or appearance. And hey, if we make an error in our product details or pricing, we promise to correct it as soon as we catch it. All About Special Orders

We offer a select range of items that are on special order. Because these items are ordered especially for you, any returns come with a 50% restocking fee.

If you have a change of heart after confirming your special order, we totally get it—things happen! Just keep in mind that cancellations made more than 24 hours after confirmation will require a 50% restocking fee. This is simply because these specially ordered items are uniquely to your order and can't easily be returned to our regular stock.

When it comes to delivery timelines, we aim to get your special order to you within an estimated 6-8 weeks. For some of our more intricate sensory products, the crafting process takes a bit longer—so please expect an estimated delivery time of 10-12 weeks for these items.

Why am I unable to log in to my account/access pricing?

Why can’t I see all pricing for all items on your website?

Accessing pricing can only be done by Avron customers. If you don’t have an account with us yet, it’s a quick phone call away.

I forgot my password. How can I get it back?

Avron does not keep passwords on file for security reasons. If you forgot your password, click the “forgotten password” link when on the log in screen.

How can I access my order history?

If you are a registered customer, make sure you sign into your Personal Shopping account when you submit your order and you can access your past order information online. To view your order history, click on ‘Past Orders’.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Ways to Pay:

Do you offer payment terms?

For established accounts, net 21-day terms, from date of invoice, may be available on approved credit (OAC). Some restrictions apply: credit is extended to approved accounts only.

Overdue accounts will be charged 2% per month on amounts past due.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to anywhere in Canada using either our own fleet or courier depending on the location.

Can I have an order delivered to my P.O. Box?

No, a valid street address is necessary for delivery. If a P.O. Box is entered instead of a shipping address when ordering on our website, an error message will appear when submitting the order.

Can I deliver my order to a different address?

Yes, Please indicate that at the time of placing your order by filling out the “Comments” screen, in addition to including the remaining information requested on the form.

What are the details regarding shipping and handling costs?

Having operated and expanded in the market throughout the past two decades, we have done the research and achieved the buying power that allow us to provide our partners with the most competitive shipping rates.

For deliveries using the Head Office fleet, a minimum shipping charge of $30.00 applies to all orders less than $200.00 (before taxes) within the GTA. A minimum shipping charge of $50.00 applies to all orders less than $300.00 (before taxes) outside the GTA but within the delivery service areas.

If your order is over $300 (before taxes), we do offer free shipping within our delivery service areas.

For customers outside of our fleet’s delivery service area, we obtain the top 3 most cost-effective quotes and present it to them for final approval.

All handling and fuel surcharges charges are the responsibilities of the customer and can either be added to their invoice or charged directly to the customer by the shipper carrier. All orders must be prepaid prior to shipping.

Returns

Hassle-Free Returns Because We Get It

We truly care about your happiness and satisfaction with your purchase. The moment your package arrives, we recommend taking a little time to make sure everything is as you expected. If something isn't quite right, just reach out to our friendly Customer Service Team within the first 24 hours. This ensures that we can hold our shipping partners accountable for any hiccups during the delivery process.

If you need to send something back, we ask that it comes back to us unopened, and in the same condition you received it. That way, we can find it a new home. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to returned or cancelled items.

To make the return process as smooth as possible for you, we ask that you get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form from our Customer Service Team. This form is your golden ticket to ensuring that your account gets credited accurately. Returns without this form might get lost in the shuffle, and we don't want that to happen!

Before placing your order, we recommend double-checking it to minimize any errors. If you do end up ordering something by mistake, keep in mind you'll be responsible for the shipping charges to send it back to us.

Our Price Match Promise

We're committed to offering you the best possible value, and we're happy to have a Price Match Policy to prove it! If you're looking to buy something from us and you find the same item at a lower price somewhere else in Canada, we're open to matching it. Just make sure that the item you want to price match is the same brand, size, and model, and all other details match up (before tax). Unfortunately, we can't price match sale or discounted items from other stores, and we can only compare with our direct competition operating in Canada.

Need to prove the price difference? No worries! A quick link to the product, a snapshot of an ad, or an official quote from the competitor will do. Just make sure to bring it up at the time you're making your purchase. Also, the item needs to be available both with us and the competitor for the price match to be possible.

Now, we might have to limit the quantities we can price match, especially for bulk purchases, just to keep things fair for everyone. We also need to consider any extra costs like delivery when comparing prices. Oh, and one more thing: our food category items are the exception to this rule; they can't be price-matched.

If you want to go ahead and request a price match, it's super easy! You can call your account manager or shoot them an email. We'll guide you through the quick process.

Lastly, while we aim to accommodate as many price match requests as we can, there might be instances when we have to decline. We also reserve the right to update this policy as we see fit to make sure it's fair for everyone involved.

Can I buy directly from your manufacturers?

No, Our manufacturers use a network of national dealers, such as Avron, and do not sell directly to the end user.

Avron gift cards contain value which may only be used to purchase goods and services offered by Avron. For all gift card prizes, the gift card must be redeemed within 3 months of receiving it. Gift cards will not be replaced if they are lost or stolen.
