How do I open up an account at Avron?
It is easy to open an account. Call our customer service department to start the process.
A credit application is required to open an account. Your customer service representative will send you a credit application form. Please fill out the form and send it back to our office by e-mail or fax.
How do I place an order?
You can easily place your order by phone, fax, email or online.

Q: My facility uses Purchase Orders, do you accept those?
Q: What information should I include with my order?
A: When placing an order, we recommend that you include the following information: your name, company name, phone number including area code, shipping information, product codes and quantities. Product code numbers are listed with every product in our catalogue(s) or website(s). This helps ensure the accuracy of your order. We always do our very best to accommodate our customer’s needs for their convenience so please feel free to give us a call to discuss any particular requirement.
Q: Can I place my order after business hours and on holidays?
A: Yes, you can place your order after business hours and on holidays by email, fax or online. When placing your order by phone, e-mail or fax, please leave your name, company name, and email address, and one of our Customer Service Associates will return your call the next business day. For online orders, please login to your online account.
Every attempt will be made to offer goods at the prices listed and maintain product availability. Due to market and currency fluctuations, Avron reserves the right to change prices without notice. Some products may not be exactly as shown. Also, color availability may be subject to change without notice.
Avron is not responsible for any typographical errors.
Avron prides itself in shipping complete orders. However, if product is not available at the time an order is placed, customers will be notified. If items are not available or become discontinued by the manufacturer, we reserve the right to cancel any backorders.
Items not in stock at the time of processing your order will be shipped when available and invoiced separately.*

Special Order Items
All orders require a 50% deposit and are subject to a restocking fee of 50% if cancelled after 24 hours upon confirming the order. Please note that some orders may require prepayment. Products may require a 6-8 week delivery time.
Q: Why am I unable to log in to my account/access pricing?
A: If you are unable to log in to your account, please call us at 1-800-997-9752 (Head Office), 1-855-535-0575 (Eastern Region Office) or 1-877-773-9993 (Western Region Office) and someone from our customer service team will be please to lend a hand.
Q: Why can’t I see all pricing for all items on your website?
A: Accessing pricing can only be done by Avron customers. If you don’t have an account with us yet, it’s a quick phone call away.
Q: I forgot my password, how can I get it back?
A: Avron does not keep passwords on file for security reasons. If you forgot your password, click the “forgotten password” link when on the log in screen.
Q: How can I access my order history?
A: If you are a registered customer, make sure you sign into your Personal Shopping account when you submit your order and you can access your past order information online. To view your order history click on ‘Past Orders’.
Q: What form of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit Cards (on-site only), as well as certified cheques or money orders, and online banking payment methods.
Please note that all first orders must be prepaid in full by Visa, Mastercard or Certified cheque.
Do you offer payment terms?
For established accounts, net 21 day terms, from date of invoice, may be available on approved credit (OAC). Some restrictions apply: credit is extended to approved accounts only.
Credit Cards: Visa and Mastercard only
Interac (Debit) is available for pick up orders only.
Overdue accounts will be charged 2% per month on amounts past due.
Delivery & Shipping
Q: Where do you deliver?
A: We deliver to anywhere in Canada & the United States using either our own fleet or courier depending on the location.
Q: Can I have an order delivered to my P.O. Box?
A: No, a valid street address is necessary for delivery. If a P.O. Box is entered instead of a shipping address when ordering on our website, an error message will appear when submitting the order.
Q: Can I deliver my order to a different address?
A: Yes, Please indicate that at the time of placing your order by filling out the “Comments” screen, in addition to including the remaining information requested on the form.
What are the details regarding shipping and handling costs?
Having operated and expanded in the market throughout the past two decades, we have done the research and achieved the buying power that allow us to provide our partners with the most competitive shipping rates.
For deliveries using the Head Office fleet, a minimum shipping charge of $30.00 applies to all orders less than $200.00 (before taxes) within the GTA. A minimum shipping charge of $50.00 applies to all orders less than $300.00 (before taxes) outside the GTA but within the delivery service areas.
If your order is over $300 (before taxes), we do offer free shipping within our delivery service areas.
For customers outside of our fleet’s delivery service area, we obtain the top 3 most cost-effective quotes and present it to them for final approval.
All handling charges (ie. border crossing fees, duty fees, brokerage fees, fuel surcharges, or other such charges) are the responsibilities of the customer and can either be added to their invoice or charged directly by the U.S. Customs. All orders must be prepaid prior to shipping.
Customers outside of Canada will require tax ID numbers for cross-border shipments.

Q: Can I return an item I ordered that I just don't want?
A: Absolutely! If you decide you do not want an item you purchased from us within 24 hours of receiving it, please call 1-800-997-9752 to arrange for it to be picked up at your next delivery. Kindly provide the invoice number when calling and all returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). All items must be returned in their original packaging.
Q: What is your warranty policy?
A: For items that are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty (structural damage sustained under normal use), customers are required to provide proof of purchase (receipt), as well as photographs to support warranty claims. Carefully follow care and cleaning instructions of your product to ensure the manufacturer’s warranty is honoured. Some restrictions apply.

Q: Can I buy directly from your manufacturers?
A: No, Our manufacturers use a network of national dealers, such as Avron, and do not sell directly to the end user.
Q: Does Avron offer any discounts?
A: We offer a 3% discount on all orders over $300.00, before taxes and shipping, to meet your budget needs. Some restrictions apply: does not apply to clearance and/or featured flyer prices that have already been discounted.
Q: Do your prices include taxes?
A: Goods & Services Tax (GST) and Harmonized Taxes (HST) will be added to orders where applicable.
